Job summary

HireCall is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk in Catoosa, OK to join a manufacturing team. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing products for shipment, handling shipping documentation, and communicating supply issues to supervisors.

The role requires forklift and overhead crane training, strong communication, and excellent attendance. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of forklift/material handling experience, are organized, and able to work in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift and/or material handling experience required.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
• Basic reading skills required.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated history of excellent attendance.
• Ability to complete required safety training including forklift and overhead crane training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for shipment and secure items.
• Load units onto trucks using a forklift and overhead crane.
• Coordinate with Shipping Coordinator on palletizing, wrapping and banding.
• Verify documentation and ensure all parts are included on pallets prior to shipment.
• Communicate potential supply or shipping issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain regular attendance.
