Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation.
• Attention to detail for packaging, labeling and paperwork.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with shipping software and basic computer skills.
• Good communication to coordinate with vendors and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Maintain records of shipments, tracking numbers, dates and destinations.
• Communicate shipment status with vendors, carriers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to load/unload shipments.
• Inspect damages or discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
