Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is hiring a shipping clerk for our Napoleon, OH location. You will assist the warehouse manager, handle data entry, and communicate with customers and trucking companies to ensure shipments run smoothly.

Responsibilities include updating the warehouse management system, directing forklift operators, and maintaining accurate records. Ability to work 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., weekends and holidays is required; drug screen and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using a warehouse management system to process shipments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enter and close receipts and shipments.
• Enter accurate data into metrics.
• Communicate with Customer Advocates and trucking companies about shipments.
• Update WMS and yard management software as needed.
• Direct forklift drivers on priorities.
• Provide efficient customer service via email and phone.
• Resolve routine questions and complaints or escalate.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
• Operate forklift when required and perform daily inspections.
