Shipping Clerk - 2nd Shift

Summary: Count and verify plastic cards, pack according to order instructions, and verify information correctness based on paperwork using the current ERP system. Responsible for accuracy of counts and transactions, and maintaining proper security protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP systems.
2. Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to shipping guidelines.
3. Process shipments using FEDEX/UPS systems or other trucking manifests as required.
4. Create or process various shipping documents as needed.
5. Operate pallet jacks.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and internal departments.
7. Maintain security requirements and report to management as needed.
8. Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs boxes.
• Experience with pallet jack operation.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to job demands.
