LHH US in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will verify accuracy, maintain inventory records, and ensure products are packaged safely and delivered on time.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with shipping software and warehouse equipment, and the ability to read shipping documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels and work instructions.
• Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment per quality standards.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging for accuracy before shipment.
• Process shipments using WMS, scanners, and shipping software; maintain inventory records.
• Read pick tickets and shipping docs to support efficient fulfillment.
• Safely move, stage, and load/unload materials with warehouse equipment.
• Package products to company specs to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and workstations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other departments for timely shipments.
• Support safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring products are packaged and delivered safely and on time. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with established quality and shipping standards.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging to ensure order accuracy before shipment.
• Process shipments using warehouse management systems, scanners, and shipping software while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Read and interpret pick tickets, shipping documentation, and packaging instructions to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Safely move, stage, load, and unload materials using appropriate warehouse equipment and shipping tools.
• Package products to company specifications to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintain adequate shipping supplies and ensure workstations remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel and other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Job Details

• Contract to Hire
• Pay $17- $18 an hour, depending on experience
