Job summary

Newco Coffee is seeking a detail-focused Shipping/Receiving Associate to pack goods, prepare mailing labels, and generate shipping documents. You will input customer shipping information accurately and operate a label printing machine to produce shipping labels.

This on-site role requires knowledge of shipping procedures, experience with UPS and FedEx systems, and strong organization. You will support orders, keep inventory rotated, and ensure boxes are sized and packed to minimize damage.

This position will pack the goods in shipping containers, develop mailing labels and shipping documents, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. This position involves accurately inputting customer shipping information and then using a commercial label printing machine to print the shipping labels.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete appropriate paperwork and process bill of lading
• Place products on skids to insure maximum shipping potential with minimum possible damage
• Pulls and packs products in appropriately sized box based on numbers, size and quantity
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
