Actalent is seeking a Shipping Clerk for PORT WASHINGTON, NY, on the 1st shift. This contract-to-hire role involves hands-on material preparation, extractions setup, and aseptic processing in a lab-like environment.

Responsibilities include defatting raw materials, performing extractions, filtration, and dialysis-related tasks, while maintaining cleanliness and sterile conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent and related science exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related biological sciences sufficient to understand laboratory processes and procedures.
• Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical or biopharma production environments and compounding activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORT WASHINGTON, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
