Responsibilities

• Prepares medications for shipment to patients.
• Performs weekly inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate levels.
• Examines, accepts, or rejects incoming shipments.
• Records incoming and outgoing shipments to reconcile invoices.
• Keeps records of shipments to support invoice reconciliation.
• Participates in staff meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

Shipping Clerk

Position Overview:

Prepares labels and ships patient medication.

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Reports to: VP Pharmacy Production Operation

Location: Plano, TX

Education / Licensing Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements:

1 – 2 years of previous experience in inventory, shipping, or tracking. Prior computer and scanner experience is a plus.

• Prepares medications for shipment to patients.
