Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a logistics/receiving specialist to support scheduling, shipping, and data entry in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will contribute to safety, accuracy, and timely processing of finished goods and raw materials while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

The role requires at least 6 months of logistics or manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with SAP and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 6+ months experience in Logistics and Planning or manufacturing.
• Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing: on-time billing and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize floor operator assignments for timely loading and billing.
• Communicate with Quality, Planning, and Production departments.
• General office duties: filing, phones, data entry, reports.
• Promote cooperation and internal customer service.
• Coordinate recalls when applicable.
• Significant SAP use for receiving/shipping logistics.
• Significant WMS use for shipping operations.
• Assist forklift operators by retrieving task data from WMS.
• Analyze dock slots vs orders and prioritize forklift workload.

How You Will Make History Here...

Perform duties relating to the scheduling, shipping and receiving of finished product in the shipping warehouse and data entry tasks. Perform duties relating to the receiving of raw ingredients/packaging items into inventory. Help develop a safety culture by constantly being alert to the well-being of others. What You Will Do...

Working in Warehouse Management System/SAP – 45% General Office Duties – 20% Interaction with WHQ – 5% Interaction with carriers - 15% Interaction with Campbell truck loaders and unloaders – 15%

• All duties associated with billing, including on time billing and troubleshooting any problems that may arise during the billing process.
• Coordinate and prioritize the assignments of floor operators to assure the timely loading and billing of orders.
• Communicate with different departments within the plant, including but not limited to Quality, Planning, and Production.
• File, answer phones, data entry, run reports and other general office duties.
• Promote an atmosphere of cooperation and service to our internal customers.
• Coordinate mock and actual recalls when applicable.
• Perform all other assignments as directed by the Manager or Supervisor
• Significant SAP use for Logistics Receiving/Shipping Operations: creating orders in SAP and the receiving in of raw ingredients/packaging items.
• Significant WMS use for Logistics Shipping Operations.
• Forklift operator’s computer has gone down and they have lost their task. Have to utilize WMS system to retrieve this information for the operator in order for task to be completed.
• Analyze empty docks slots versus orders to be shipped.
• Initiate and prioritize workload for forklift operators for the shift.
• Truck driver claims truck is overweight. Consult with loader to determine if this is in fact the case and if so how to reload the truck and determine if product must be cut from the order.

Compensation And Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$39,800-$54,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
