Job summary

Lincare is seeking a warehouse shipping associate to review orders, select the proper box, pack and seal shipments, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

You will load/unload trucks, maintain supplies, and operate pallet jack or walk‑behind forklift, while keeping the warehouse organized and inventory rotated.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience, plus basic typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for patient, cans, and special requests.
• Select appropriate box size and securely pack orders.
• Seal and label packages for shipping.
• Enter shipping destination into carrier system and affix label.
• Load UPS trailer and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain supplies and inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jack and walk-behind forklift.
• Document packing slips or invoices.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory.
• Maintain warehouse and shipping area.
• Monitor daily orders with supervisor guidance.

• Selects proper size box and packs order securely
• Seals box neatly and securely
• Enters shipping destination into carriers program and affixes shipping label to shipping container
• Loads the UPS trailer
• Maintains adequate supply of shipping containers and supplies
• Unloads incoming trucks
• Knowledgeable of manual pallet jack and walk-behind forklift
• Receives all shipments
• Documents packing slip or invoice
• Stocks shelves and rotates inventory
• Maintains warehouse and shipping area
• Average number of orders per day to be determined by supervisor allowing 1.5% error rate

Qualifications.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic typing skills a must
