C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk for 1st shift in Miami, FL. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping for outgoing shipments and documentation such as bills of lading and shipping orders. Paid training and weekly pay are offered, with benefits from day one.

The candidate will verify records, handle weight and space data, and collaborate to resolve issues in shipments while following safety policies. Prior warehouse exposure is preferred.

Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. As an Outbound Shipping Clerk, you'll become a part of this mission by helping to verify & keep records of outgoing shipments. You'll make a difference by utilising your strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping skills to get the job done.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour
• 1st Shift (5AM - Complete)
• 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL

You will contribute by:

• Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products - Recording shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
• Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non conformance to specifications
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Grocery (dry goods) - about 50- 90

We’re searching for candidates with:

• At least six months of warehouse experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
• Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organisation - Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
