Job summary

Afinitas, a global leader in precast concrete equipment and accessories, is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Associate. This on-site role focuses on item identification, shipment readiness, and coordination across teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document manufactured items after shipment.

Job Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Identify and document manufactured items upon completion of shipment.
• Coordinate with all other teams to ensure sales orders are complete, accounted for and ready to be shipped.
• Prepping finished products for shipment, which may include shrink wrapping, building skids, and bracing products to prevent shipping damage.
• Operate mobile equipment to assist in moving any parts to other designated areas.
• Use Infor ERP system and UPS website for shipments
• Comply with all safety procedures.
• Any other assigned duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works in a plant/manufacturing environment that involves the use of industrial machinery and chemicals. Employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at the location.
