Volt is immediately hiring for Admin Shipping Clerk for a local leading Food Manufacturing Companyin Commerce Ca

As a Admin Shipping Clerk you will :

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth communication with customers and partners.
• Coordinate shipments by preparing and processing shipping documents, labels, and invoices
• Act as a central point of contact for coordinating with production staff, warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments.
• Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email systems, for daily administrative tasks.
• Track shipments and resolve any shipping-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations

This is a Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

• Comfortable being in office setting for majority of shift
• Previous food production or warehouse environment background highly prefered
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Comfortable working in cold environment as needed
• Flexible schedule to accommodate operational requirements

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00AM - 5 : 40PM

Days off : Wednesday and Sunday

Pay Rate : $18.25 Per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
