Job description

As a member of the Gilson Graphics Post-Production team, the Shipping Clerk is responsible for outbound shipments, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery, and compliance with customer shipping requirements.

LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MI 49505

SCHEDULE: Full Time, Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize Gilson’s shipping management software and fulfillment system for processing customer jobs/orders, inclusive of domestic, internal, and batch
• Keep manager informed and aware of potential issues, shortages and late shipments as soon as they are recognized
• Communicate consistency, accurately, and professional with packaging, customer service, shipping and others regarding shipments as needed
• Assist Fulfillment as needed
• Assist with maintaining a clean warehouse as needed
• Other duties as assigned
