Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) to support our large distribution center. You will assist in maintaining inventory integrity, perform daily cycle counts, and prepare inventory data in Excel, while working in a team environment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience in a large facility, with basic computer skills to perform clerical duties. E-Verify participates and diverse workforce is valued.

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Shipping Clerk on our 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday - 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

Responsibilities Include

• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity/accuracy by posting and researching movement tickets
• Perform daily cycle counts in the 1.2 Million Square Foot distribution center
• Perform the clerical duties of filing and preparing Excel worksheets for inventory related data
• Logically solve problems to help in inventory accuracy
• Monitor assigned areas of the warehouse for damaged product/pallets
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Candidate must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours during busy periods of the year.
• Other duties as assigned by Distribution Management Team
