Job summary

Pan-Oston is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Bowling Green, KY to manage shipping records, coordinate with departments, carriers, and customers, and maintain accurate inventory counts. The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift 40 pounds, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and keeps records of all shipping documentation, including but not limited to bill of lading reports, shipping labels, packing documentation, routing options, traffic class, and entry into ERP system
• Coordinates with all departments to fulfill specific and ongoing inventory, receiving, picking and shipping needs
• Communicates between departments, with carriers, and customers (as needed).
• Organizes the paperwork and priorities from sales, service, and manufacturing departments.
• Coordinates deliveries
• Communicates with carriers, brokers, and the customer directly, as needed
• Maintains accurate inventory counts
• Operate forklift and scissor lifts
• Performs other duties as assigned
