Job summary

Pan-Oston Company in Bowling Green, KY is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate (Metal Assembly and Final Assembly). This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers first-shift hours, competitive pay, and ESOP benefits.

You will operate hand tools and read drawings to assemble metal and wood fixtures, working in both metal and final assembly teams. Team collaboration is essential and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and production schematics preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others in a team.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and equipment to assemble and/or paint metal or wood fixtures to drawing specifications.
• Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete tasks.
• Maintain product quality and minimize unplanned stops.
• Communicate with team members to ensure correct production with minimal waste.
• Report defective materials to management.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized; assist in other areas as needed.
• Complete paperwork for parts and observe safety rules.
• Work in both Metal and Final Assembly Departments.

Manufacturing Associate (Metal Assembly and Final Assembly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Operate hand tools and equipment to assemble and/or paint metal or wood fixtures to drawing specifications
• Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete the task as needed
• Maintain product quality and minimal unplanned stops
• Communicate and work with team members as needed to ensure production of the correct product with minimal wasted time and materials
• Report defective materials to management
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and assist in other work areas
• Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned
• Working in both Metal and Final Assembly Departments

Job Requirements:
