Elite Comfort Solutions LLC is seeking a hands-on shipping associate responsible for implementing and maintaining shipments of foam products to customers. The role requires coordinating Fabrication shipping production, communicating status to teams, and ensuring accuracy and safety in daily operations.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, good mechanical aptitude, and solid computer skills to handle order processing and scan-gun usage in a deadline-driven environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for Fabrication shipping.
• Manages Fabrication shipping production for the facility.
• Communicate in a timely fashion the status of orders to customer service, managers, supervisors, and leads.
• Ensure efficient operation of shipping products to customer while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Resolves all dock and shipping issues.
• Make recommendations by notifying supervisor to correct problems that could hinder or reduce output, or affect quality.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.
• Practice proper safety techniques.
• Participate in the Continual Improvement Process for manufacturing and business processes.
• Waste reduction training and awareness.
• Conducting Internal Audits and assisting with external audits.
• To be sure customer's expectations are met, and daily duties are performed in timely manner.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or requested.

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

• Good mechanical aptitude.
