• Ability to interpret and execute complex shipping instructions.
• Familiarity with shipping software, barcode scanners, WMS or ERP systems.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external drivers.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience operating pallet jack or forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing orders to meet client and internal standards.
• Verify that product counts, part identifiers, and transit details are correct.
• Generate packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading.
• Input logistics and stock data into our digital tracking systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality checks on packaged items to ensure they are undamaged and accurate before shipment.
• Organize finished orders in the staging area for timely pickup and delivery.
• Monitor transit progress and report delays or errors.
• Assist with intake and verification of incoming supplies when necessary.
• Keep precise logs of all shipping activities and inventory levels.
• Address and correct inconsistencies regarding product identification, documentation, or quantities.
• Keep the shipping department tidy and orderly to promote a productive workspace.

• Confirm that all product counts, part identifiers, and transit details are correct
• Generate essential transit paperwork, including packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading
• Input logistics and stock data into our digital tracking systems
• Collaborate closely with our warehouse, production, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
• Perform quality checks on packaged items to ensure they are undamaged and accurate before they leave the facility
• Organize finished orders in the staging area to facilitate timely pickup and delivery
• Monitor transit progress and proactively report any potential delays or errors
• Assist with the intake and verification of incoming supplies when necessary

Requirements

• Prior background in manufacturing, warehouse operations, receiving, or shipping is highly valued

• Working knowledge of standard shipping and inventory management practices
• Familiarity with shipping software, barcode scanners, WMS, or ERP systems is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate clear communication with internal teams and external drivers
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Dependable work history and a dedicated professional approach
• Ability to maintain high performance in a rapid-paced setting
• Experience operating a pallet jack or forklift is considered a plus
