The Shipping Associate II role supports accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, ensuring correct units are packed and shipped per order.

You will verify transmission parts, attach labels, and assist in packing per order while upholding the company values of teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Detail oriented; able to bend, twist, pull & push.
• Able to read and follow oral and written instructions.
• Mechanical background or machine shop experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow detailed work instructions, processes & procedures, keep an even workflow.
• Examine and clean components for wear, damage & defects, understand quality standards.
• Verify & perform quality checks to ensure parts and components are correct and within standards.
• Operate and perform work using a variety of equipment, tools and machines (manual, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Keep department clean of trash, loose debris and dirt, sweep and mop job areas throughout the day.
• Assist others within the department, be able to work as a team, work overtime when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time daily.
