The Bug Company in Ham Lake, MN is hiring a Shipping Specialist to pack and ship live insect orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety. This full-time on-site role requires teamwork to meet daily shipping goals and maintain a clean, organized work area.

You will follow safety procedures, handle live insects safely, and operate basic packaging tools in a structured farm/ warehouse setting with day shifts. Compensation starts at $19/hour.

We ship live insects for the pet industry.

The Shipping Specialist is a team memberwho is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping live insect orders with a strong emphasis onaccuracy, safety, and consistent execution.

What You’ll Do

• Pack and prepare live insect orders for shipment

Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday
• Day shift: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs)
