Production Specialist – (Full-Time, Days) Location: Ham Lake, MN 55304 Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM & Friday - Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs) Work Environment: Comfortable working in hot, humid, dusty conditions.

Position Overview

The Production Specialist is a key team member in our insect farming and production operations. This position is responsible for supporting daily production activities, insect husbandry, quality control, sanitation, inventory management, and facility operations. Successful team members are dependable, safety‑minded, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain consistent performance in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily insect husbandry and production tasks

• Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
