The Bug Company is seeking a Production Associate in Hellertown, PA to support daily production activities, insect husbandry, quality control, sanitation, and inventory management. This is a full-time, on-site role with a starting pay of $19 per hour and a schedule Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Position Overview

The Production Associate is a key team member in our insect farming and production operations. This position is responsible for supporting daily production activities, insect husbandry, quality control, sanitation, inventory management, and facility operations.Successful team members are dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced production environment.
