Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Cartersville, GA is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will receive shipments, label merchandise, load trucks, and manage stock while maintaining safety and efficiency. Monday through Friday with occasional weekends; forklift experience is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks during a full shift.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills and reliability.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in pulling and packing orders.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for a hardworking Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.

What you'll do

• Receive and track shipments
• Load merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
• Tag and label merchandise
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Operate Forklift equipment. (Sit-down, Stand-up, Cherry Picker)

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Forklift Operation Certification (specifically cherry picker) will be considered an advantage
• Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
