POSITION OVERVIEW: The Shipping & Receiving team member is primarily responsible for safely and accurately receiving incoming inventory from our vendors and reconciling it with the vendor's invoice. Compare Purchase Orders (P.O.) part numbers, cost and quantities in our Point of Sale system (P.O.S.) and ensure sale price stickers are accurately applied. Audit and file federal paperwork including Federal Firearms License, 4473s, Form 3s, Form 4s and other compliance paperwork to ensure accuracy.
The candidate that fills this position must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, and be extremely focused, organized, detail oriented and have a great desire to provide the highest levels of customer service. Must possess problem solving skills and patience, and be capable of multitasking. Must have basic knowledge of firearms manufacturers, importers, models, calibers, and other operational and descriptive factors. Understanding of laws and company policies relating to the legal transfer of firearms, ammunition and related accessories.
Full Time hourly position. Schedule is based on the work location's workflow requirements.
