CMI Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shipping Team Member for an Aerospace & Defense manufacturing setting. The full-time day shift runs 6am to 3:30pm at 3617 E La Salle St, near 40th and Southern.

You will support shipping with carriers, maintain finished goods inventory, and coordinate with Quality and Production to meet daily needs. The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, standing most of the shift, strong attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork.

Other Experience That Includes

• Basic computer skills required (email, navigating websites, data entry)
• ERP/MRP system experience
• Logistics knowledge (FedEx, UPS, Freight Services)
• Min 1-2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds on a regular basis
• Requires standing, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, reaching, sitting, fine hand/finger manipulation up to 8 hours per day
