Tailor Made Compounding is seeking a Shipping Associate responsible for shipping all packages and products to our customers. The Shipping Associate will not only monitor each shipment for accuracy but will also perform inventory control and ensure that each package has the proper postage. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, labeling, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescription medications.
• Receive, count and record shipment data into patient pharmacy software; verify packing list information to actual packed medications.
• Identify incorrect/short-shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
• Must be able to complete and pass a background screening and drug test.

Experience and Education Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
