Job summary

Reyco Granning is seeking an assembly/packing technician to support the manufacturing line. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, labeling, basic inspection, and TPM tasks to ensure production standards are met.

Candidates should read blueprints, manage inventory, and follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining safety and quality. High school diploma or GED required; forklift license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must have good understanding of inventory control
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have or be able to obtain a fork truck license
• Must recognize the importance of working in a safe manner
• Ability to understand what constitutes quality products
• Possess basic math skills
• Average or above average skills in numeric and visual recall
• Must be computer literate

Job Summary

This position is responsible for, picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, shipping of customer orders, loading/unloading trucks, support for paint process (loading/unloading, part labeling and inventory transactions, part inspection), assembly of small parts and operating bushing presses.

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools
• Handle parts as necessary to meet production standards.
• Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and various gauges and other tools.
• Perform daily TPM
• Uses stop the line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns
• Performs daily duties per work instructions / standard work
• Completes all daily data collection as established
• Must perform daily 5S activities
