Regal Rexnord Corp. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving associate in Oshkosh, WI. The role involves pulling parts for work orders, delivering to the correct work area, and processing receipts of purchased materials with packing lists.

The position requires reading/comprehension of safety rules and procedures, basic math, and strong multitasking. Responsibilities include packaging shipments, labeling chemicals per MSDS, and supporting multiple assembly areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 0–3 months related experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry in practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Intermediate PC skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts for work orders and deliver to correct area or person, updating status.
• Make deliveries to assembly areas and assist with loading/unloading of trucks.
• Process receipt of purchased materials with packing lists and travelers.
• Query system for work orders and purchase orders as needed.
• Package and crate daily part order shipments and handle related transactions.
• Label chemicals in compliance with MSDS procedures.

Job description

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Team Coordinator, this position pulls work orders and delivers them to appropriate work area, receives and checks in parts, cycle counts and handles deliveries to all assembly areas.

Major Responsibilities

• Pull parts needed for work orders for Fabrication and final Assembly, ensure they are delivered to the correct work area or person and updates status
• Make deliveries to all assembly areas as required, including the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Process receipt of purchased materials with packing lists and travelers.
• Make inquiries on system on work orders and purchase orders.
• Packaging and crating of daily part order shipments. This will include any transactions associated with the shipments.
• Label of chemicals in compliance with MSDS procedures.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Education / Experience / Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Required)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
