Location: Hillsboro, OH
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Job Duties

• Confirm part quantity is correct, parts are in good condition, and not damaged.
• Stock freight to appropriate storage locations.
• Deliver parts in a timely manner to the production lines in first-in, first-out (FIFO) order.
• Key in and/or scan inventory transactions into the system when parts are to be taken to the production lines.
• Plastic wrap skids/pallets daily.
• Load materials that are to be shipped to other facilities.
• Manually load and unload materials onto or from skids/pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Keep records of IPPs that pass through the warehouse to the production lines.
• Return partial boxes of parts to stock location.
• Unload balers and compactors.
• Responsible for recycling containers.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near Plant or work site by performing the following duties.
