Job summary

Precision Medicine in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Shipping Associate to join our Compounding Pharmacy team. You will handle packing, filling, and shipping duties to support accurate and efficient pharmacy fulfillment.

This hands-on role reports to the Site Leader in the Operations department and emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Shipping Associate will be responsible for various duties in our Compounding Pharmacy, including packing, filling, and shipping.

This position is part of the Operations department in Boca Raton, FL and will be located on-site. You will be part of the Compounding Pharmacy team and report directly to the Site Leader. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic atmosphere supporting accurate and efficient pharmacy fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize different technologies to accurately pack, track, and ship packages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Be flexible to support different needs throughout the shift, including packaging, shipping, or filling
• Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and workflow needs
