Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a Shipping Technician to assemble and ship medication packages in a fast-paced environment at our Odessa, FL facility. You will assist compounding and dispensing technicians with non-clerical duties and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

The role supports the shipping line and packaging operations, with duties including labeling, packing materials, and maintaining accuracy across shipments.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/packaging work preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Putting together boxes, organizing shipping materials, freezing ice packs
• Working on the shipping line boxing up medication and putting the correct labels on each package
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards
• Other duties as may be assigned

Position Overview

This position is responsible for shipping packages. Assists compounding and dispensing technicians with non-clerical duties. The Shipping Technician demonstrates a commitment to the mission of the Pharmacy and goals of Belmar Pharma.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in a variety of positions locations such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reach, and walking, for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 20 poundsStanding for long periods of tim e
• Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technology devices as assigned

Pay Range: $17.08 to $19.41
