Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions, a national leader in compounded medications, seeks a Shipping Technician to support our packaging and distribution operations. This on-site role assists compounding and dispensing teams with non-clerical duties and ensures accurate labeling and orderly packing of medications.

The position emphasizes adherence to health and safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policies, with opportunities to contribute to a high-integrity warehouse workflow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles and boxes orders, prepares shipping materials.
• Boxes medication and applies correct labels on packages.
• Adheres to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other policies.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for shipping packages. Assists compounding and dispensing technicians with non-clerical duties. The Shipping Technician demonstrates a commitment to the mission of the Pharmacy and goals of Belmar Pharma.

Responsibilities

• Putting together boxes, organizing shipping materials, freezing ice packs
• Working on the shipping line boxing up medication and putting the correct labels on each package
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards
• Other duties as may be assigned

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in a variety of positions locations such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reach, and walking, for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technology devices as assigned

Qualifications
