Prism Medical Products, LLC is seeking a Shipping Assistant to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control at our Latham, NY facility. The role emphasizes accurate order pulling, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). You’ll join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and careful handling of medical supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year shipping, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package orders for shipment daily.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect incoming products for damage.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Provide excellent service when interacting with patients, clients, and team members.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and package orders for shipment daily

• Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates
• Inspect and process returned products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
• Occasionally lift items weighing more than 10 pounds

• Ability to perform routine warehouse duties throughout the workday
