Prism Medical Products is seeking a dependable Shipping Assistant to pull and pack orders in a climate-controlled Latham, NY warehouse. The role supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.

The position operates Monday–Friday, with weekly NY pay. This is a full-time opportunity offering benefits and a chance to contribute to patient care by ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package orders for shipment daily.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect incoming products and report any damage.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates.
• Inspect and process returned products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
