Prism Medical Products, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Shipping Assistant - Order Puller/Packer to support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations for medical supplies.

You will prepare and package orders, assist with inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse while providing professional service to patients and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package orders for shipment daily.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect incoming products and report any damage.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates.
• Inspect and process returned products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
