Job summary

Prism Medical Products is seeking a dependable Shipping Assistant to pull and pack orders in a climate-controlled Latham, NY warehouse. The role supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.

The position operates Monday–Friday, with weekly NY pay. This is a full-time opportunity offering benefits and a chance to contribute to patient care by ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1 year shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package orders for shipment daily.
Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory.
Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Inspect incoming products and report any damage.
Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates.
Inspect and process returned products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
