Superior Farms is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping Department in Dixon, CA. This on-site role operates forklift and pallet jack to move product in a refrigerated environment, ensuring accurate counts and quality per USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, selecting orders, creating advance shipment notices, and using RF terminals. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• One year of forklift experience preferred or required.
• RF scan gun experience or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product safely and efficiently.
• Move product to storage areas with proper equipment.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack in confined spaces.
• Verify counts and products shipped/received; ensure accuracy.
• Pick orders for shipment and enter data for advance shipment notices.
• Use RF terminals to support inventory and shipping records.
• Manually pick orders as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ensure that the quality of the products is maintained in accordance with the company’s guidelines for this position, as well as USDA rules, regulation, and requirements. This is a refrigerated environment.
