Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Ellisville, MS, is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Technician to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing. You will read PMI’s, JSA, and schedules, operate fork trucks and related equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy in a busy receiving environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Forklift certification within 60 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and understand work instructions; perform basic arithmetic in all units.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Dangerous goods experience preferred.
• Ability to operate fork trucks, stock pickers, electric hoists, scales and label machines.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and complete forklift certification within 60 days.

• You will ensure customer shipments are filled on time and in the correct quantities
• Additionally you will read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily shipping and receiving tasks
• Operate shipping and receiving computer systems, fork trucks, and associated equipment is required in this role
• Also you will ensure inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace
• Collaborates cross-functionally between operations, engineering, sales, and quality
• In this role you will maintain equipment and housekeeping within work environment
