Job summary

Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our Operations Team. You will manage full cycle warehouse operations using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate and timely movement of inventory, including inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment to support overall warehouse efficiency.

The role requires strong attention to detail, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Process and pull all shipping orders accurately utilizing warehouse management software (WMS).
• Ship marketing items accurately and timely.
• Receive, inspect, and put away all incoming shipments utilizing WMS.
• Assist with product assembly as needed.
• Participate in all physical inventory and company training sessions.
• Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner.
• Ability to work overtime as requested.
• Any other tasks or projects as requested.
