Atlas Fibre in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager to lead our warehouse team and ensure a smooth flow of materials and finished goods. This hands-on leadership role focuses on accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost-efficient operations.

You will manage shipping/receiving clerks and warehouse staff, coordinate with production, procurement, and sales, and use ERP/WMS systems to track shipments and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in shipping/receiving or warehouse management.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office.
• Familiarity with domestic and international freight regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments with accurate docs.
• Lead shipping/receiving clerks and warehouse staff.
