Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Shipping and Receiving Coordinators in Tarboro, North Carolina for 2nd shift. The role offers weekly pay, overtime pay, and a small shift premium.

Training is on the job, with benefits from day 30, including medical/dental/vision and 401(k). You will operate powered equipment and computer systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support a safe supply chain. Two years of SAP and WMS experience are required, plus strong communication skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $33.00 hourly when working overtime
• Shift Premium: $0.50 per hour whe working 2nd shift
• Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
