The role focuses on accurate check-in/out, dock management, and coordinating inbound/outbound loads in a state-of-the-art facility. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of SAP and WMS experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel.

• Ability to build professional relationships across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse directions.
• Verify accuracy of shipping/receiving docs; coordinate with inventory to resolve issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with their needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $33.00 hourly when working overtime
• Schedule: First Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
