Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the Pendergrass Service Center on the 2nd shift (6:00pm–4:45am). You will manage dock operations, coordinate with forklift operators, and prepare shipping documents to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 2+ years in a warehouse) and strong customer service skills. You will collaborate with carriers, and internal teams to meet KPIs and maintain inventory accuracy.

These hours consist of 6:00pm-4:45am. This person will coordinate with Shift Leads regarding the moving of pallets, other incoming products, and materials by forklift operators and other material handlers with the potential of hours rolling outside of the shift specific designated time.* Arranging administrative items for incoming and outgoing shipment contents and comparing with past history to ensure accuracy.* Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading and shipping orders to route materials.
