CHEP UK Ltd. in Georgia is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead preventive maintenance across our semi-automated pallet operations. You will manage a skilled team, drive asset reliability, and deliver operational excellence daily.

The role requires 2–3+ years of people management in engineering or industrial maintenance and 5+ years hands-on electro-mechanical repair experience. A HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Eng. degree is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of people management experience in engineering or industrial maintenance.
  • 5+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical repair and maintenance experience (hydraulic & pneumatic tools, machinery & equipment).
  • HNC Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations, enforce Zero Harm policies, and conduct regular safety checks.

The role will lead process reliability systems implementation in the plant, ensures adequate processes and systems are in place to measure, track and drive continuous improvement of plant production equipment.
