Veolia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Gary, Indiana facility. The role focuses on high-volume data entry and coordinating daily operations within a team environment, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
You will interact with peers and managers, manage office communications, and handle documentation related to transport and hazardous waste processes as part of the administrative function.

Under immediate supervisor, the Administrative Assistant provides coordination and support the operations of the team. This position includes a high volume of data entry. The job interfaces frequently with peers and managers and occasionally with customers. Ensure all tasks are in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Department of Transportation regulations as well as compliant with all policies, practices and procedures.
