Shipping and Receiving Clerk – Winona, MN

Description : The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is one of the leading HVAC manufacturers and creators of modular chiller systems. We are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join our team at our new location opening in Winona, MN!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors and shipping staff scheduling of shipments, changes to shipments, and confirm that all shipping documents are attached.
• Prepare paperwork for shipments.
• Tracking and updating the status of shipments.
• Communicate with various departments to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.
• Photograph units being shipped and upload picture to job file.
• Create pack slips for accessory skid shipments.
• Collect appropriate documents and compare data page to Bill of Materials.
• Manage inventory and supply levels for shipping department.
• Data entry of shipments.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:
