Randstad USA in Exton, PA is seeking entry-level shipping and receiving clerks to support documentation and material flow on short-term mandates. This role offers flexibility and consistent pay while gaining exposure to inbound and outbound processes.

Responsibilities include data entry for deliveries and shipments, filing bills of lading and shipping manifests, basic material handling, labeling, and learning process differences between receiving and shipping.

• Data support: assist with data entry related to both incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments into internal tracking systems.
• Document filing: organize and file all hard-copy paperwork, including bills of lading (bols) and shipping manifests.
• Basic material handling: assist with light physical tasks such as sorting parcels, applying labels, and moving small items using hand carts.
• Labeling and sorting: print tracking labels for outbound packages and apply internal labels to incoming materials.
• Adaptability: quickly learn the procedural differences between receiving (verification) and shipping (carrier readiness) during each short-term mandate.
