Qualifications

• 1–3 years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience using shipping software and TMS preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and support both warehouse and production.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Create shipping labels and documentation using shipping software and carrier systems.
• Package machined parts and products for safe transport.
• Verify shipment quantities and documentation for accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move materials with forklifts and handling equipment.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Supply materials to production departments as needed.
• Assist with production support during slow periods.
• Organize inventory and maintain stock levels.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse, inventory, and production operations in a machining and manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, supplying materials to production, and supporting daily warehouse activities.

Job Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Create shipping labels and documentation using shipping software and carrier systems
• Package machined parts and products to ensure safe transportation and delivery
• Verify shipment quantities, materials, and documentation for accuracy
• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records using computer software
• Supply materials and components to production departments as needed
• Assist with production support duties during periods of reduced warehouse activity
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations preferred
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Experience using shipping software and transportation management systems preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to support both warehouse and production operations
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
