Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain shipping and receiving, organize the stockroom, and keep the production area clean. You will process orders, schedule shipments, and ensure accurate reporting of goods moved.

The role requires practical problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is preferred, with 3–5 years in manufacturing and maintenance experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment with a track record of improvements.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering, and distributing them.
• Maintain the stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure sufficient storage space for incoming items.
• Maintain files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
• Assist in handling issues that arise in shipping or inventory handling.
• Ensure adherence to environment management and systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
• General housekeeping of the production area and breakroom.
• Prepping, cleaning parts for coating / painting.
• Stocking inventory.
• Ski building for machine shipments.
• Facility painting.
• Assist with safety updates.
• Place merchandise in warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary
• Operates forklift and pallet jacks when storing or pulling large goods.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.

Education And Experience

Physical Requirements / Environmental Demands

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
• Must be able to visually inspect machines.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Consistent high noise level.
• Required to wear PPE to include steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection.
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
